Texas EBT Office Directory
In Texas the EBT System uses the Lone Star Card and the Texas Health And Human Services Department handles the distribution of the card. If you receive TANF and/or SNAP benefits, you will receive a Lone Star Card from your local Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) benefit office or by mail.
